No refund, just an adjustment policy.

I do not offer refunds on any salon services. If any mistakes are made on our end make sure to contact the salon within 48 hours, we can make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. The adjustment must be booked within 7 days of the date of service.

Canceling less than 48 hours.

Canceling less than 48 hours will result in being charged 50% of the scheduled service.

All forms must be signed before performing any services.
